The office environment is a rapidly changing one. Working with a long-established construction team, we were engaged to provide a brand new BMS solution to control the environment of a 7-storey office block which was fully refurbished with a Cat B fit-out.

The Building management system provides monitoring and control for the following:

• Boiler plant
• Chilled water plant
• Pump integration
• Air handling units
• Above ceiling fan coil units
• Emergency Generator
• Uninterruptible power supplies
• Multi-level electricity metering
• Potable water storage

This allows the facilities team to closely monitor the building services and adjust the operating times and parameters to ensure the building operates at maximum efficiency.
