Meet The Team

Marcus Searle

Marcus, started work within the building services sector as an acoustic consultant, where he started studying for his HNC in building services, the completion of this course was completed at Satchwell Control Systems Ltd after joining in 1995, where he had joined as a Trainee Project Engineer. During his time at Satchwell Marcus broadened his skills by joining the support teams delivering improvements to clients systems and maintaining them to optimum efficiency, Energy Training course were also completed before taking a role to account manage end user client, the client base was diverse from Local Authority, retail and healthcare to Ministry of Defence and Manufacturing. Marcus has remained primarily in sales since 2003 but has kept hands on, the diversity with his career provide the skillset to ensure that designs are improved to incorporate the latest of technologies to reduce the initial capital expenditure and improve the return on the investment.

John Barrett

John, completed his apprenticeship at Dow Corning as an instrumentation technician, before joining Satchwell Control Systems Ltd in 1990. Since then John has been working in many roles with the industry obtaining key skills in Project Management, Integration, Support, Commissioning, Management, technical and account management. The flexibility these combined skills offer and experience ensures that projects are delivered to the correct application intended to drive the operational costs of building down.

Peter Phillips

Peter, undertook his apprenticeship with SWEB undertaking electrical installation works on Domestic and commercial installations, Subsequently Peter applied his skills at Panasonic as a services technician before entering the BMS arena in 1987 when he joined Satchwell Controls Systems Ltd, ever since Peter has remained within the industry working for main manufacturers, systems integrators and M&E contractors.Peter has over these years developed skills for many aspects (project management, commissioning, panel modifications, electrical installation, servicing) with correct delivery and application of new existing installations critical in order to ensure that BMS systems operate correctly to deliver the operational savings intended.
